Package Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
